This Billing Terms and Conditions document explains the payment and billing practices for Grazamar. By shopping with us, you agree to the following payment policies.

Pricing & Currency All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice, but the price displayed at the time of your order will always be honored. Any applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Secure Payment Processing Grazamar uses industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways to keep your transaction data completely secure. We do not directly store your credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on our servers at any time.

Refunds & Chargebacks All eligible refunds are processed according to our official Refund & Return Policy and will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. If you experience any issues with a charge on your account, please contact us first at support@grazamar.com so we can resolve it directly. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be contested.

Fraud Prevention To protect our customers and our business, Grazamar reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. In some cases, additional identity or payment verification may be required for high-value purchases before your order can be shipped.
