At Grazamar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we provide a transparent and straightforward return process.
1- Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2- Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "New" condition. It must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories included, and accompanied by a receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
3- Return Fees and Shipping Costs We believe in full transparency regarding return costs:
Restocking Fee: Grazamar charges $0.00 restocking fees for all returns.
Return Shipping Method: All returns must be sent by mail.
Defective or Damaged Products: This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective. In these cases, Grazamar covers the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print (Return Shipping Fee: $0.00).
Customer Remorse: This applies when you purchased the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer need the item. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping charged by the carrier. You must use a trackable shipping service.
4- How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email support@grazamar.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Once approved, we will send a Return Authorization email.
Step 3 (For Defective Items): We will email you a prepaid return label. Please print it and attach it to your package.
Step 4 (For Customer Remorse): You will ship the item using your preferred carrier. You must reply to your authorization email with the tracking number and carrier name.
Note: We cannot process refunds for items lost in transit without a valid tracking number.
5- Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6- Refunds & Processing Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method used during checkout.
Timeline: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account balance.
7- Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include gift cards, personal care items (such as soaps or lotions), and any items clearly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
